I work with all brokers, companies and individuals, and can sell any home for sale!  It is important that Home Buyers realize that in most circumstances, the seller is responsible for paying commissions and my services to you are virtually free!  It is also important to know that if you call the name printed on a sign in front of the home you want, you are calling the Listing Agent... the person solely working for the Seller of that home.  If you wish to be properly represented, I would suggest having your own agent to work on behalf of your best interests!  I would be honored to be that person for you.
